Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

At Weboptive, we strive to provide the best services to our clients. We understand that circumstances may arise that require the cancellation of services or requests for refunds. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations.

1. Service Cancellation

1.1 Cancellation by Client

  • Clients may cancel their Subscription services with Weboptive at any time by providing written notice via email to info@weboptive.com
  • For only Quaterly and Annual Plans Cancellations made within 3 days before of the initial purchase or contract agreement are eligible for a full refund.
  • No Refund on Cancellations made after 3 days of the Purchase.

1.2 Cancellation by Weboptive

  • Weboptive reserves the right to cancel services at any time if the client breaches any terms and conditions outlined in the service agreement.
  • In such cases, refunds will be issued at the discretion of Weboptive based on the services rendered up to the cancellation date.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

  • To be eligible for a refund, the client must request the cancellation of services within the specified cancellation period.
  • Refunds are not applicable for services that have been fully completed and delivered to the client.
  • Custom projects and services may have specific refund terms outlined in the service agreement.

2.2 Refund Process

  • Refund requests should be submitted in writing to info@weboptive.com with the reason for the request.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the request.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services provided by Weboptive are non-refundable. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Domain name registrations
  • Third-party software or services purchased on behalf of the client
  • Custom development work once it has commenced
  • Any services specifically noted as non-refundable at the time of purchase

4. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a refund or cancellation, both parties agree to make a good faith effort to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state or Country  where Weboptive is headquartered.

5. Changes to This Policy

Weboptive reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our terms and conditions.
